It started with butt sex

I wrote a post a long time ago about how I was no longer going to engage in butt sex.

And as I sat in a karaoke bar with friends the other day, I mentioned to them that I was “retired from that activity.”

This of course, sparked a discussion about pornography.

And I found a map which lists the most popular porn search terms by state, as compiled by Porn Hub.

One friend had to point out the disturbing trend of “step-mother/step-sister” searches.

But there we all were, sitting in a bar, loudly discussing pornography and butt sex.

Now, you may think this is a little uncouth.

Perhaps there’s a better venue than a loud bar to discuss such topics but I’m here to tell you no.

Because later on in the evening, a fellow bar patron got up and sang the song “PUSSY” by Lords of Acid.

If you are not familiar with this song, let me share some of the lyrics with you:

I wanna see your pussy
Everybody says it’s nice
Can I come and visit?
I’ll be at your house tonight
They tell me it’s soft to touch and really smooth
I can hardly wait to feel that pussy too

Honestly, I’m not a prude by any stretch of the imagination but when this guy started singing, I was slightly offended.

Toxic masculinity at its finest – reducing a female to a single body part.

But all’s well that ends well.

I sang “Take a Chance on Me” by ABBA and the natural balance of bubble gum pop mitigated the blatant sexism of Lords of Acid.

  1. One of my favorite songs, because it is so darn funny is, The Pussycat Song. Asylum Street Spankers is my favorite version.
I’m glad you retaliated with ABBA. Good move!
